Course description

The general definition of sustainability means being able to meet one’s present needs without preventing future generations from meeting their needs. Sustainability in the workplace can be interpreted to be setting organizations internally to meet the triple bottom-line criteria of sustainability: social, environmental and economical pillars.

This course will give an introduction to how employees can be engaged in the workplace with sustainability-related actions as well as set up a plan to change their behavior by setting a benchmark and encouraging other employees to join.
